Job Description

Purpose of the role
Support hotels in your region in the daily use of Accor digital tools (distribution, payments, and Opéra Cloud PMS), coordinate operational changes, and act as the key link between hotels and central/regional stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Helping hotels use Accor applications in a more user-friendly way and monitoring developments in distribution, payments and management changes to stay up to date.

  • Providing when needed daily advice and support to hotels on distribution, payment solutions, and Opéra Cloud PMS.

  • Managing operational change coordination (openings, closures, brand changes, ownership changes) through strong internal coordination and deadline adherence.

  • Acting as the single point of contact between hotels (incl. GMs), central teams (Central IT, PMO, CTS, project team) and local service providers/suppliers in your region.

  • Establishing and improving procedures, processes and information, increasing the visibility of digital services.

  • Communicating with hotels and coordinating pilot projects for new versions/tools, ensuring hotel teams build expertise and can share knowledge.

  • Actively contributing to the central knowledge base (creation, translation, updates) and providing structured feedback from hotels.

  • Managing online and in-hotel payment solutions in line with each country’s legal requirements (solution setup/usage perspective).

  • Adapting distribution configuration during hotel PMS migrations, and supporting/monitoring deployments in the area.

  • Specifying new applications or functional developments as required, and participating in regional stakeholder meetings while liaising with central teams.

  • Implementing operational procedures for Reception and Reservations teams and ensuring compliance, while considering the financial impact of activities and commitments for Accor.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person who:

  • Enjoys supporting operational teams and can translate tech topics into clear, practical guidance for hotels.

  • Brings experience in IT / hotel distribution / hospitality systems, ideally with exposure to payment solutions.

  • Has good knowledge of the distribution environment and ideally Opéra Cloud PMS (or a strong ability to learn fast).

  • Is a solution-oriented team player who can facilitate collaboration across multiple stakeholders (hotels, central teams, suppliers).

  • Can manage priorities confidently, stay structured under pressure, and meet deadlines in a changing operational environment.

  • Communicates very well in writing and verbally, with fluent French and English; German is a strong asset.

  • Is comfortable with Microsoft Office and works in a structured, detail-aware way (processes, documentation, follow-up).
