We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/ess to join our restaurant team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Waiter/ess, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests whilst providing attentive and efficient service.

• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and beverage recommendations
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area at all times
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant

• Previous experience as a waiter/ess in a high volume luxury hotel or resort environment 
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays
• Ability to memorise menu items and daily specials
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Familiarity with Vietnamese cuisine and culture (preferred)
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to work in Phu Quoc, Vietnam
