Le restaurant Ernest, récemment rénové, offre un cadre moderne et accueillant, avec une belle terrasse prolongée par un jardin et une piscine—un véritable havre de détente en plein cœur du Novotel . On apprécie particulièrement le bar lounge et l’espace extérieur lumineux, propice à la convivialité.
En cuisine, le Chef Olivier Kauffmann propose une cuisine maison, de qualité et de saison, valorisant les produits locaux, notamment les viandes de qualité et des options végétariennes systématiques. L'esprit est bistronomique : sincérité, simplicité et authenticité sont au cœur de chaque assiette.
Ernest est ouvert tous les jours en continu, du petit-déjeuner au bar, midi et soir.
Management & leadership
- Encadrer, motiver et accompagner une équipe de 14 collaborateurs (service en salle, bar, petit-déjeuner).
- Recruter, intégrer et former les nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
- Définir des objectifs clairs et suivre leur réalisation.
- Garantir un climat de travail positif et fédérateur tout en maintenant un haut niveau d’exigence.
Organisation & planification
- Élaborer et gérer les plannings en fonction des besoins du restaurant, du bar et des événements.
- Anticiper les pics d’activité et optimiser les ressources humaines et matérielles.
- Coordonner les services avec la cuisine, le bar et l’équipe événementielle.
- Superviser la mise en place et le bon déroulement des séminaires, banquets et privatisations.
Qualité & expérience client
- S’assurer de la qualité du service et du respect des standards de l’établissement.
- Être présent sur le terrain pour accompagner les équipes et accueillir la clientèle.
- Gérer les réclamations clients avec professionnalisme et sens du service.
Gestion opérationnelle
- Contrôler les approvisionnements et gérer les stocks
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, marge, productivité).
- Participer à l’élaboration des offres commerciales et à l’optimisation des ventes.
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en management en restauration ou hôtellerie.
- Organisation, anticipation et réactivité sont vos atouts majeurs.
- Excellente communication, leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer.
- Résistance au stress et capacité à garder une vision d’ensemble dans un environnement dynamique.
- Maîtrise des outils de planification et de suivi (Excel, logiciel de réservation The Fork, …).
