Job Description
Position Summary:
Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking an efficient Telecommunications Agent to be in-charged telephone operators and ensure timely communication support for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call Handling: Monitor and support call management.
• Equipment: Ensure proper functioning of telecom equipment.
• Reporting: Maintain call logs and performance reports.
• Coordination: Communicate with departments for service needs.
Qualifications

Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations by overseeing proper purchasing, storage, handling, maintenance, communication, and preparation practices across all departments.
Skills:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in telecommunications and supervision.
• Technical knowledge of telecom systems.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
