Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is a French-inspired luxury 5-star beachfront resort with tropical gardens and sophisticated, modern architecture. Part of the MyResorts program featuring exclusive experiences for ALL members, it offers 413 rooms including 39 suites and villas with complete resort facilities: 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a Club Millesime VIP Lounge, Sofite FITNESS, Sofitel SPA, outdoor and indoor kids club and 24 function rooms including a Grand Ballroom and a Beachfront Ballroom.
This luxury beach resort is located within the exclusive resort area in Nusa Dua, Bali with stunning sunrise, pristine beach, and a beachside pathways stretched over 7 km, perfect for morning walks or a cycling tour.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager - Leisure to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving leisure sales, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in our thriving hospitality market.
- Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new partners to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Manages and develops relationships with key partners and partners within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
- Engages with guests to gather feedback on product quality and service performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage assigned accounts comprehensively, including contracting, profile updates, and contract renewals. margins
- Represent the hotel at partner and community business events to strengthen relationships and enhance visibility.
- Provide regular updates to Senior Sales Manager and Director of Commercial on market trends and new business leads.
- Proven experience in leisure sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of the Indonesian travel market and regional leisure trends (preferred)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a plus
- Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as needed
