Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate to join our team in Fairmont Jaipur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our corporate sales efforts and drive business growth in one of Southeast Asia's most promising markets.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients
Oversee the development and negotiation of complex sales proposals and contracts
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Stay informed about local business culture and market dynamics in Fairmont Jaipur
