Das Novotel Zurich Airport Messe liegt zwichen Messe und Flughafen und eignet sich mit 24h Rezeption, 10 Tagungsräumen für 320 Personen und speziellen Angeboten für Kinder vor allem für Business- und Familienaufenthalte. Geschäftsgäste finden im gesamten Tagungshotel ideale Arbeitsbedingungen vor. Familien erobern die Stadt dank der guten Tram Anbindung. Für Erholung nach erlebnisreichen Tagen sorgen 254 klimatisierte Zimmer, die Sauna mit Ruhebereich oder die Sonnenterrasse.

Stellenbeschreibung

Entgegennahme und professionelle Bearbeitung von Seminar- und Eventanfragen
Erstellung von Offerten, Verträgen und Reservationsbestätigungen
Kompetente Kundenberatung – persönlich vor Ort, telefonisch und per E-Mail
Aktive Betreuung unserer Seminar- und Eventgäste als zentrale Ansprechperson
Selbstständige Leitung und Koordination von Events
Vorbereitung der Seminarräume sowie Auf- und Abbau der Kaffeepausen
Unterstützung bei der Akquisition von MICE-Kunden im lokalen Markt
Durchführung von Hausführungen
Marktbeobachtung und proaktives Erkennen von Verkaufschancen

Qualifikationen

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie (Gastronomie)
Mind 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend notwendig
Organisationsstärke und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Sicheres, professionelles Auftreten
hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine ausgeprägte Gast- und Serviceorientierung
