Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our reservation operations, delivering exceptional customer service while managing bookings with precision and care. As a Reservation Associate, you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organizational skills and customer-focused approach will directly impact guest satisfaction and business success. - Process and manage customer reservations accurately using reservation management systems, ensuring all details are captured correctly and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth, providing comprehensive information about availability, pricing, and services
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all reservations, modifications, and cancellations while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts with empathy and transparency, escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Coordinate with other departments including operations, housekeeping, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support sales goals by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and booking patterns
- Multitask effectively during peak periods, prioritizing reservations and customer requests to meet deadlines and service standards
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in reservation services, customer service, or hospitality industry
- Proficiency with reservation systems and computer applications; ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality
