En tant que Revenue Manager, vous serez responsable de la stratégie tarifaire et de la maximisation des revenus de l'Hôtel, en coordination avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et opérationnelles. Vos missions incluent :
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de revenue management de l’hôtel.
- Analyser la performance (occupation, RevPAR, segmentation ,…) et proposer des actions correctives.
- Gérer les prévisions (forecast) et établir les budgets de chiffre d'affaires annuels en étroite collaboration avec la direction de l’hôtel.
- Piloter et ajuster la stratégie tarifaire sur les canaux de distribution
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et analyser les tendances du marché.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et marketing pour maximiser l’occupation et les revenus.
- Suivre et optimiser l’utilisation des systèmes RM, PMS et Channel Manager.
- Former et accompagner les équipes sur les bonnes pratiques en revenue management
- Effectuer des analyses permettant d'évaluer la rentabilité des contrats
- Gérer l'ouverture et la fermeture des canaux de vente
- Surveiller la concurrence et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence
Poste basé à EL JADIDA
Profil recherché :
- Bac+5 en hôtellerie, commerce, gestion,Revenue management.
- Expérience de 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire dans l’hôtellerie.
- Parfaite maitrise des systèmes de réservation (PMS, RMS, Channel Manager).
Compétences requises :
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel avancé, Power BI, etc.).
- Sens aigu du chiffre et orientation résultats.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
