Principales misiones:
Proponer e implementar estrategias de ocupación y optimización para los hoteles de su perímetro (4 hoteles que suman 696 habitaciones, incluyendo 3 hoteles IHG y un Novotel).
Gestionar la estrategia de revenue en colaboración con los equipos hoteleros, utilizando las herramientas RMS proporcionadas (Ideas y N2Pricing para los hoteles IHG).
Analizar el rendimiento (mix de clientes, tendencias por día de la semana, ocupación, tarifas, cuota de mercado, capture rate, etc.) e identificar palancas de mejora.
Elaborar planes de acción para hoteles con bajo rendimiento e implementar medidas correctivas específicas o globales cuando sea necesario.
Coordinar la política tarifaria pública y los grandes contratos comerciales con los equipos hoteleros (corporate, FIT, etc.).
Asegurar un correcto seguimiento de la e-distribución para todos los hoteles.
Cuestionar las decisiones operativas con una mentalidad constructiva e innovadora.
Organizar el reporting de los hoteles supervisados.
Vigilar a la competencia y los eventos del mercado.
Desarrollar la distribución mediante alianzas innovadoras.
Contribuir activamente al desarrollo del departamento de Revenue Management de la empresa y a la mejora del rendimiento en RevPAR y TrevPAR de toda la cartera hotelera.
Con un Máster en Marketing de Servicios y Revenue Management (o formación equivalente en Revenue Management), cuentas con al menos 5 años de experiencia en marcas hoteleras internacionales en un puesto de Revenue Management multi-hotel, lo que te proporciona una buena visión global de las acciones necesarias para desarrollar las ventas.
Buscas una aventura profesional sólida basada en un enfoque de gestión donde la autonomía y la responsabilidad vayan de la mano del placer de trabajar en red.
Tienes una visión 360° de las fuentes de ingresos de un hotel y estás siempre atento/a a las oportunidades de optimización.
Con una actitud claramente positiva, ves cada dificultad como una oportunidad para desarrollarte y superarte.
Competencias:
Buen dominio de Microsoft (fórmulas Excel, tablas dinámicas) y de herramientas de gestión hotelera (Ideas, Opera, IHG Tools, OTA’s Insight, MKG Olakala…).
Excelentes capacidades de diagnóstico y enfoque analítico.
Rigor y organización.
Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales (persuasivo/a, comprometido/a, orientado/a al intercambio).
Capacidad para asumir retos (espíritu investigador, proactivo/a).
Español e inglés fluidos.
