Le Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile recherche un Responsable Réservations (H/F/X), poste à pourvoir en CDD de 4 mois jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025, avec une possibilité de passage en CDI en janvier 2026.
MISSION :
Rattaché à la Direction des Services de l’Accueil, le Responsable réservations (H/F/X) a pour mission d'assurer la gestion du portefeuille clients qui lui a été confié, selon des critères définis par sa hiérarchie.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
Technique métier et Relation client :
- Entretient les relations commerciales, informe, conseille les clients et s'assure de leur satisfaction
- Observe le comportement des clients et la tendance du marché, afin de pouvoir reporter à son responsable dans le but d’aligner la stratégie commerciale.
- Vérifie le respect des procédures administratives dans les délais afin d'assurer un service clientèle optimal (contrat, facturation annulation), en lien avec les autres services.
- Utilise les outils de Revenue Management mis en place
- Traite les éventuelles objections par un argumentaire adapté
- Applique les procédures et politiques définies par la marque et l’hôtel
- Incarne l’esprit Heartist dans ses interactions avec les clients
Management des équipes / Implication transverse :
En tant que manager coach, il.elle :
- Est exemplaire
- Développe la motivation et l'adhésion de ses équipes en créant un bon climat de travail
- Organise, contrôle et coordonne le travail avec la réception et les autres services
- Transmet son expertise avec les membres de l’équipe
- Informe régulièrement sa hiérarchie du suivi des comptes sociétés
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec les services de l’hôtel
- S’assure du respect de la législation du travail dans son département et est garant de son application
- Montre l’exemple en respectant les codes de la marque, les consignes concernant la tenue, la présentation et se porte garant de l’image de ses collaborateurs en lien avec les codes de la marque.
Gestion :
- Contribue à l’optimisation du taux d’occupation et du prix moyen de la chambre
- Respecte et applique la politique tarifaire
- Pratique la politique du Revenue Management
- Est proactif et agile
- Maitrise parfaite de l’anglais, l’allemand ou l’espagnol sera un plus
- Sens de l’accueil et du contact client
- Passion pour le client
- Disponibilité et réactivité
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
