Job Description

  • Experienced in personnel records, payroll, and labor law practices
  • Able to follow and manage Human Resources processes

  • Capable of planning Human Resources activities in line with defined work plans and targets

  • Responsible for recruitment and selection processes, as well as preparing and implementing orientation programs

  • Managing employee competency, training, and development practices

  • Coordinating internal and external training programs, including delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness

  • Working in close collaboration with the Cluster Talent & Culture (T&C) team

  • Able to reflect and promote the company culture to employees


Qualifications

  • Graduate of a related department of a university or vocational school

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Able to communicate effectively in English

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Strong communication skills

  • Knowledgeable about KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) regulations

  • Possessing strong management, organizational, and planning skills

  • Open to innovation and continuous self-development


Additional Information

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Additional languages are a plus.
