The Night Auditor position entails the following critical responsibilities:

1. Manage overnight operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while balancing daily financial transactions.
2. Prepare accurate key reports and provide exceptional guest support with unwavering professionalism.
3. Uphold Swissotel Living Jeddah's service excellence and brand consistency, while monitoring security concerns.
4. Collaborate effectively with other departments and maintain proficiency in all relevant systems and procedures.
5. Rigorously comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain operational integrity.

Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with a guest.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
