Job Description
This is a multi-skilled role, combining Front Office and Food & Beverage responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the business.
As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will:
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be flexible and proactive, ready to support guests throughout their entire stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
- Provide support across various Food & Beverage areas, including Breakfast, Bar, and Night operations.
- Assist the Reservations and Back Office Teams when required, adapting to the needs of the business.
- Take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience and consistently maintaining high service standards.
- Be passionate about hospitality and committed to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

- Warm, personable customer service with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced, high-volume hotel environments
- Flexible and adaptable, with experience supporting multiple departments including Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Reservations
- Consistently maintaining high standards of cleanliness across public areas and workspaces
- Collaborative and team-focused, with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient, reliable, and high-quality service

Our hotel offers 141 rooms, and food & beverage facilities
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
