What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidance of the Digital & Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for the execution of Mondrian Doha's Social Media Strategy and programs. This role works closely with Corporate Office to define and implement campaigns that drive awareness, create buzz, grow our reach and support our lifestyle.

Job Scope:

• Support the hotel’s full MARCOM team, with a strong focus on content strategy & creation, live coverage, and real-time storytelling, ensuring brand integrity and consistency across all channels.
• Actively cover hotel happenings, events, nightlife activations, and weekend activities, capturing content and posting live updates when required.
• Execute photo/video shoots, social media content, campaign rollouts, and daily marketing coordination.
• Work closely with PR, agencies, and internal departments to amplify brand visibility and guest engagement.
• Strong understanding of luxury/lifestyle positioning, guest profiling, and trend-driven content creation.
• Creative, organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks with solid knowledge of Microsoft 360, Canva, and WordPress (an advantage).
