Our members are passionate about their membership, and the experiences it delivers. Having just re-launched the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership with new benefits, we’re looking for an experienced specialist with creativity and initiative, to join a high performing team.

The role

Accor Plus is looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join our Pacific team on a 3-month contract, with an immediate start, to support our core ALL Accor+ Explorer member communications. If you’re strong in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and copywriting, and you thrive in fast-paced digital environments — this one’s for you.

What you’ll do

• Build and deploy e-cards and e-newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Write and prepare copy and assets across email, website and social channels
• Test hotel offers and liaise with hotel teams 
• Maintain the weekly campaign plan, Asana schedules and monthly reports

What you’ll bring

• 3–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or CRM
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud skills (DEs, Journeys, builds)
• Excellent copywriting ability and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Bonus: Asana or WordPress experience
