JO&JOE has opened its brand-new hostel in Auckland and is on the lookout for its next Housekeeping Supervisor!
Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE by becoming part of our opening team. This full-time role is key to bringing the JO&JOE spirit to life, overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring our spaces are always sparkling, welcoming, and ready for our guests and community.
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, support and motivate the team, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. You’ll also oversee occasional shifts and, when needed, lend a helping hand to our neighbours at TRIBE Auckland, working collaboratively across the wider Accor family.

Challenge 3: Train, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Challenge 4: Manage daily schedules, room assignments, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
Challenge 5: Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
Challenge 6: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Challenge 7: Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:
- Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum in housekeeping or similar role.
- Language required: English
- Previous knowledge in a hostel environment is a big plus!
