Job Description

Your Opportunity:

  • Handle all aspects of group reservations from initial inquiry to booking confirmation, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales and events teams to understand group requirements and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure smooth execution of group stays.
  • Maintain detailed records of group reservations, including room blocks, special requests, and billing information.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to group bookings, providing exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on hotel facilities, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell to group clients.


Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems, property management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
