Main responsibilities:
- Serving guest in all areas of the Food & Beverage department including the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Meetings & Events
- Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Ensuring cleanliness of work areas
- Following departmental and company policies and procedures
- Complying with legislative and safety regulations
- Remaining polite and courteous at all time
What are we looking for?
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Excellent grooming standards
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Flexibility to work shifts - mornings, evenings and weekends
It would be advantageous if you could demonstrate the following:
- Previous Food and Beverage and/or industry experience
- Experience with cash handling
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
