Food & Beverage Attendant

If you’re energetic, people-focused, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you. This is a casual Food & Beverage Attendant role offering a mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, as well as conference operations. 

Located in Melbourne’s vibrant inner-north, we are a leading conference venue and leisure destination offering contemporary accommodation, stylish dining, and versatile event spaces in the heart of Preston. With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients.

Easily accessible via the 86 tram and Mernda train line—both within walking distance—and with over 400 on-site parking spaces, our property is ideally positioned. We pride ourselves on delivering professional service, memorable experiences, and flexible solutions to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service across restaurant, bar, and event spaces
• Greet guests, take orders, and ensure seamless dining experiences
• Prepare and serve coffees and beverages
• Maintain buffet stations, conference setups, and service areas
• Keep the restaurant and conference areas clean, tidy, and well-presented
• Work independently and collaboratively to support smooth daily operations
• Share product knowledge and upsell menu and beverage items

• Previous F&B or hotel experience 
• A current and valid RSA (or willingness to obtain one)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A bright personality with a passion for hospitality
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
