- Coordinate day-to-day operation of the outlets.
- Responsible for maintaining and preparing admin related works including New Joiner’s Manual
- Responsible for skills- matching, teaching and training, and informing employees of important information.
- Assist in daily pre-shift meetings and attend required meetings.
- Monitor operations, support and assist the staff, and inform management of any pertinent information.
- Provide quality and consistent training as an expert, coach, and/or mentor to employees and apprise management of any pertinent information.
- Requires high morals, ethics, organization, and a high commitment to this role. Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Printing Menus when required and upselling dining outlets.
- Help the team in F&B Operation when needed.
- Follow up on problems, complaints. Empower and train staff to handle minor problems.
- Work with Chef to develop menus and specials.
- Ensure proper preparation and presentation of all items.
- Prepare daily reports and accounting, including, but not limited to, weekly payroll and tip allocation.
- Prepare schedules per outlet volume forecast. Attend hotel and departmental meetings and assist in skill-matching potential for new hires.
- Maintains good relationship with other departments and Restaurant managers and Supervisors.
- Maintain and update department coordinator’s manual.
- College diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of similar experience
- Past experience of working in the Maldives
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English language
