Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, commercially-minded storyteller to drive the social and digital presence of Mondrian Singapore and its dining destinations.

This role blends content, social, and marketing strategy—bringing our F&B experiences to life while supporting broader brand campaigns and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media and content strategies across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Little Red Book)
  • Partner closely with F&B and operations teams to drive engagement, guest experience, and revenue opportunities
  • Create and oversee high-impact content (visuals, videos, copy) aligned with Mondrian’s brand identity
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring social is embedded across all activations
  • Drive paid media and influencer strategies to boost reach, traffic, and brand visibility
  • Monitor performance through analytics and insights, optimising campaigns for engagement and ROI
  • Stay ahead of trends, culture, and digital innovations to keep the brand relevant and competitive

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in marketing, social media, or digital content (hospitality/F&B/lifestyle preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and digital marketing
  • Experience in paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and campaign reporting
  • Creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling and copywriting
  • Collaborative, agile, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action
