Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Mövenpick Surabaya City is a contemporary hotel strategically located near business districts, financial hubs, exhibition centres, hospitals, shopping centres, universities and the carnival park area. The hotel offers 243 rooms and suites from Deluxe rooms to Presidential suites, an all Day Dining restaurant, lobby bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym, and spa.

• Manages the daily operations of the food and beverage (F&B) department, focusing on quality, service, and profitability through tasks like inventory control, cost management, and sales analysis.

• Develops and implements new F&B strategies, including innovative menu concepts and promotional events, in collaboration with the F&B Manager.

• Leads and mentors the F&B team, ensuring high standards of customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency while also handling staff scheduling and guest complaints.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills
• Service oriented with an eye for details
