Job Description
- Monitors and ensures all equipment is in good running condition, and report status if found defective, and recommends necessary solutions for the problem.
- Implements the preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery, including the auxiliaries, strictly according to the hotel standards and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient engineering service while implementing standard procedures for guests.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, duly licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission, is an advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the same capacity in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills and technical strategies in engineering, hotel equipment and MEPFS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering-related software.
