Job Description
As a Welcomer at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and personalized welcome experience. You play a vital role in delivering the brand’s promise of vibrant hospitality and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process. You will anticipate guest needs, offer relevant recommendations, and create meaningful connections with every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.
Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.
Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and resort information.
Offer beverages or amenities upon arrival, depending on guest status or preferences.
Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless experience.
Maintain lobby presence and be readily available to assist or guide guests.
Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate them appropriately.
Ensure guest preferences and special requests are recorded and communicated effectively.
Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, in line with brand standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or guest-facing role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset.
Warm, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.
Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software is preferred.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
