Job Description

  • Drive the sales and promotion of weddings, banquets, and special events to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Identify new market opportunities and present findings to the Sales & Marketing Department.

  • Achieve and report on weekly and monthly sales targets to the Events Sales Manager.

  • Ensure all sales activities and proposals are accurately recorded in Opera.

  • Manage group and banquet reservations, including room blocks, BEOs, and rooming lists.

  • Provide timely event information to all relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Organize menu tastings and pre-event operational meetings with clients and departments.

  • Oversee the execution of weddings and events, ensuring client needs are fully met.

  • Collect post-event feedback from clients to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.

  • Oversee billing, deposits, and payment collection to guarantee financial compliance.

  • Prepare, update, and promote wedding and special event packages, creating upselling opportunities.

  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide insights to management.

  • Maintain professional correspondence, documentation, and filing systems at all times.

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
