The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• In charge of all of a wedding planner's work, directing the wedding couple's best day.
• In charge of meetings from the hearing of the couple's desired wedding to the wedding day.
• Works to create new plans, improve materials and tools, and increase customer attraction and contract rates.
• Management of bridal fairs.
• Communicates with other sections and partner companies to ensure that all details contracted with guests are provided and that guests are satisfied.
• Answers emails and phone calls to the wedding salon.
• Supports for other wedding related services.

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “Quality in life” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

• Able to provide guidance and suggestions to guests.
• Boutique room or bridal work experience (not limited to hotels) is an excellent.
  Mandatory to be interested in the bridal industry and learn more about the industry in the future
• PC skills: basic Word and Excel operations
• Excellent Japanese written and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and proposal skills
• Responsibility and Reliability
• Attentive and courteous to guest request

Physical Aspects of Position: Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• There will be some physical work during fitting support and delivery
• This includes going down and up stairs and packing jobs

• Employee meals while on shift, laundry, yearly anniversary stay.
