Job Description
- Complete daily tasks as per briefings, manager instructions, and company SOPs.
- Ensure guest and team safety during all water sports and excursion activities.
- Provide clear and complete information about excursions, diving, and water sports.
- Respond quickly and appropriately in case of emergencies.
- Interact professionally and positively with guests at all times.
- Explain all-inclusive activities and inclusions to guests.
- Promote and up-sell diving courses, water sports, and excursions.
- Answer guest calls professionally, offering accurate and engaging information.
- Report guest complaints to management and follow up as needed.
- Deliver engaging and safety-focused briefings before activities.
- Guide excursions in line with company standards, prioritizing safety and service quality.
- Support team members when needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and the water sports facility.
- Monitor and report stock levels, gear, and equipment needs to the manager.
- Update bookings and coordinate daily plans with the team.
- Review in-house guest arrivals, emails, and billing to ensure accurate posting and closing.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure clear communication within the team and with management.
Qualifications
- Professional liability insurance
- Minimum 2 years experience and prior working experience in a resort environment in the Maldives is preferred.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Great command of English, additional languages can be advantageous
