Job Description

  • Complete daily tasks as per briefings, manager instructions, and company SOPs.
  • Ensure guest and team safety during all water sports and excursion activities.
  • Provide clear and complete information about excursions, diving, and water sports.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately in case of emergencies.
  • Interact professionally and positively with guests at all times.
  • Explain all-inclusive activities and inclusions to guests.
  • Promote and upsell diving courses, water sports, and excursions.
  • Answer guest calls professionally, offering accurate and engaging information.
  • Report guest complaints to management and follow up as needed.
  • Deliver engaging and safety-focused briefings before activities.
  • Guide excursions in line with company standards, prioritizing safety and service quality.
  • Support team members when needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all equipment and the water sports facility.
  • Monitor and report stock levels, gear, and equipment needs to the manager.
  • Update bookings and coordinate daily plans with the team.
  • Review in-house guest arrivals, emails, and billing to ensure accurate posting and closing.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure clear communication within the team and with management.

Qualifications

  • Professional liability insurance  
  • Good communication and selling skills 
  • Minimum 2 years experience and prior working experience in a resort environment in the Maldives is preferred.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Great command of English and an additional language
