Waiter / Waitress - The Mozart Prague

As a Waiter/Waitress, your main purpose will be to deliver exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is both enjoyable and memorable. Your main focus and activities will include:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guests' questions about the menu
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle payments and transactions accurately
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Proficiency in Czech and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the Czech Republic
