We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused In-Room Dining Waiter to join our team and deliver an outstanding in-room dining experience.

Role Overview:
As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional, personalized service to guests in the comfort of their rooms. You will be responsible for taking and delivering orders, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a seamless in-room dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and confirm guest orders via phone, ensuring all preferences and special requests are noted.

• Deliver orders to guest rooms promptly and courteously, ensuring a high standard of presentation and service.

• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary requirements.

• Ensure room service trays and equipment are returned and maintained in a clean, organized manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and room service promotions.

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and address any concerns promptly.

• Ensure that all in-room dining orders are accurately processed and logged in the system.

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role (preferably within in-room dining or F&B).

• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).

• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with attention to detail.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Must be a local resident of Bahrain.

• Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.

• Flexible and able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
