Vice President Risks in charge of leading Risk management activities for Accor Group. The VP Risks reports to the SVP Group Risks, Internal Control & Insurances
- Lead Climate and Biodiversity risk analysis, CSRD for Finance, anti bribery risk mapping, IT and Digital Factory risk processes
- Influence the organisation to decrease likelihood and impact of identified risks
- Facilitate the Group’s Risk Committee meetings, which are held quarterly
- Prepare the risk reporting for the Group’s executive committee
- Implement and monitor Key Risk Indicators
- Ensure the reduction of Group risks with risk owners (appropriate actions, budget in place)
- Prepare presentations for the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors
- Write all communications related to Group risks (URD , CSRD)
- Promote the risk culture among the Group’s senior executives
- Master’s degree in Business / Finance / Hospitality Management
- Strong affinity with Hospitality challenges
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting company in Risk Management
- International environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills with the ability to influence
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Analytic / strategic thinker
- Presentation skills, Curious and pragmatic, Listening skills
- English and French / multicultural environment
