Investment Strategy Analyst

We are looking for an Investment & Strategy Analyst to join the team at Ennismore, supporting our Group EVP of Investment & Strategy on various projects across the business.
What you'll do...
Work closely with group EVP of Investment and Strategy on:
- Group Business Plan, coordinating contribution from the various business units of the Group
- Transactions related topics (M&A, individual project investment…)
- Key Group Presentations for Shareholders / Board / Comex, etc.
- Development case studies
- Post transaction Integration topics
- Other Group Strategy related topics
- Ad-hoc development related topics
- 2-3 years full-time working experience with the big 4 (ideally transaction team), Private Equity, Investment Banking, or similar environment
- Familiar with various financial models and valuation methods
- Excellent excel skills and be capable to build complicated formulas/models
- Detail oriented, in particular for numbers and presentations
- Comfortable with multi-tasking, intense work pace and tight deadlines
- Previous knowledge/experience in hospitality (or real estate) related industry is preferred but not required
- UK eligible working visa is largely preferred
