We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding service and enjoy working in a prestigious, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Your tasks will include:

• Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time

• Safely park and retrieve guests’ vehicles in a timely and courteous manner.

• Provide exceptional service to our guests in every interaction by anticipating their needs, responding to requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously

• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

• Assist with luggage and other guest requests as needed.

• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while delivering exceptional service.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.

• A full Victorian full drivers license essential 

• Prior experience in a customer service or valet parking role is preferred but not essential.

• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles with care and confidence.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

• Professional, well-presented, and proactive.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
