Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Valet Parking Attendant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will provide exceptional parking services to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care. You will be responsible for efficiently managing vehicle arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide courteous valet parking services
- Safely operate and park vehicles in designated areas, following all traffic and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and guest information
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage and document any issues before parking
- Ensure vehicles are returned promptly and in the same condition as received
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking facility and work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues to management
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and local traffic regulations
- Work efficiently during peak hours to minimize guest wait times
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Previous valet parking or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Knowledge of vehicle safety and basic vehicle care
- Familiarity with parking management systems (preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
