Job Description

Are you ready to take on a new challenge? We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Transversal Project Manager for Loyalty & Partnerships to join our team in Issy Les Moulineaux. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the VP Loyalty & Partnerships ENA, working in a multinational environment, and making a significant impact on our loyalty universe.

What will you do?

Support with the management of projects concerning hotel operations and content communication.
Prepare regularly scheduled reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Assist in the preparation of presentations for various stakeholder groups.
Maintain the news section of the intranet and internal platform to communicate with hotels.
Organize meetings, draft minutes, and share them with participants.
Provide general support to the loyalty team in Europe & North Africa.
Help with translations as needed.


Qualifications

Our ideal profile would be:

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Highly productive time management with the ability to assimilate, analyze, and act on information quickly.
Ability to build solid working relationships both internally and externally.
Ability to multitask and work to the changing demands of the business.
Excellent collaborative team player.
