Job Description

  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude in accordance with Accor's Heartist® service culture.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures under the guidance of Front Office team members.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle telephone calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card preparation, and guest registration.
  • Support reservation-related tasks, including updating guest information and confirming bookings.
  • Assist in handling guest requests, feedback, and concerns, ensuring timely follow-up with supervisors when required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and lobby area.
  • Learn and follow Front Office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), brand standards, and hotel policies.
  • Protect guest privacy and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Concierge, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with cashiering and billing procedures under supervision, where applicable.
  • Follow all hotel health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
  • Participate in departmental training sessions and continuously develop hospitality knowledge and service skills.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Manager.

Qualifications

  • Education: Enrolled in a hospitality or tourism management program (or similar).
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented approach.
  • Technology: Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team, displaying professionalism and flexibility.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and handle various tasks as needed.

Additional Information

  • Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Internship or practical training is required as part of the academic program.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Thai.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Knowledge of hotel property management systems (e.g., OPERA Cloud) is an advantage but not required.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Friendly, positive, and service-oriented personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
