Job Description
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical HVAC systems and kitchen equipment
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
- Implement and follow preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and customer complaints
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and reports of all maintenance activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in facility maintenance
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing job duties
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or relevant technical trade.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English language.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
