- Ensure the hotel is a Great Place to Work
- Drive Operational excellence by applying data analytics and metrics
- Ensure superior Employer Branding for the Hotel to attract Best Talent
- Drive & support Learning and Development Opportunities aligned to Business Needs
- Sustain business continuity by ensuring proactive succession planning for critical roles
- Drive Performance oriented & Engaging Culture through strong Performance Management practices, R&R , Engagement Programme, Communications platforms etc.
- MBA in HR from a reputed Business school
- 8-10 years relevant experience in hospitality in international brands of which at least 3 years should be in a similar responsibility level
- Re-Branding & Pre-opening Experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong Leadership abilities and organizational skills;
- Excellent people Management skills to manage a team of highly innovative & creative Professionals.
- Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.
- Process orientation;
- Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership and expanding scope of responsibilities.
- High on Integrity; is self-motivated; High on energy and passion for the job
- Excellent presentation and Communication Skills.
