We are an organisation with a heart, which is why we are looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic Talent & Culture Executive to join our friendly and diverse team.   


Job Description

Your duties include but not limited to:

  • A passion for people and creating an inspiring team environment.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, learning and development, departure etc.
  • Conduct regular training needs analysis, coordinate training sessions, and ensure compliance
  • Continuously liaise with the business leaders and team members’ feedback to gain insights into the business needs and challenges.
  • Organise a wide-range of team engagement activities and make the hotel a great place to work.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industrial relations situation including legislative changes.
  • Organise and lead WHS committee and the meetings
  • Assist Director of T&C to ensure responsible use of resources

Qualifications

Your skills & experience include:

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop and inspire teams.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills.
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
  • Exhibit business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and understand commercial implications.
  • You are detail-oriented and excel at capturing and recording vital data including all T&C related month-end and year-end reporting.
  • A degree in Human Resources/Hospitality and previous experience in a similar role, or within a hotel environment would be a bonus.
