- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintain employee records and update the HRIS database with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and assist in organizing company events and cultural initiatives
- Help prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and performance management processes
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects to improve employee experience and maintain HR policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take initiative
