Pour la gestion de la paie et la partie comptable :
- L’assistant ou l'assistante paie sera chargé(e) de recueillir, contrôler et traiter les éléments constitutifs de la rémunération de chaque salarié afin d’assurer la production des bulletins de salaire. Il, elle assure également certaines procédures techniques et administratives liées à la gestion du personnel (déclarations sociales, gestion des congés payés…).
- L’assistant ou l'assistante paie sera également amené (e) à assurer de la comptabilité : comme la saisie et le contrôle des écritures comptables liées à la paie, …
Pour la gestion des Ressources Humaines
- L’assistant ou l'assistante en ressources humaines assure la gestion administrative et opérationnelle des activités RH. Polyvalent(e), il, elle assiste la DRH dans l’accomplissement de missions variées touchant à l’administration du personnel, au recrutement, à la formation, aux missions juridiques, …
- Il / elle assiste la DRH sur l’ensemble des missions Ressources Humaines
- Profil mixte: paie, comptabilité, juridique et RH
- Connaissances informatiques Word et Excel indispensables.
