Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Talent Management - Strategy & Digital Application Senior Manager will:

  • Play an important role in shaping and implementing the talent management strategy, with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Represents the business needs on Talent Management. It involves close collaboration with the Digital Team, One HR team, to drive the adoption of new tools and processes that enhance talent development.
  • Be responsible for leading the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for a new Talent Management tool by ensuring the integration of this solutions with the company’s business model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy & Digital Transformation:

  • Lead RFP Process: Oversee the Request for Proposal process to identify, evaluate, select and implement a new Talent Management tool that aligns with the company's strategic objectives
  • Digital Application: Collaborate with the Digital and OneHR teams to implement and integrate the chosen TM tool across the organization (hotels &HQs)
  • Cultural Change Management: Support cultural transformation initiatives by fostering a workplace environment that embraces digital tools and data-driven talent management strategies.
  • Communication: Develop and execute a communication plan to promote the benefits and adoption of the new TM tool within the organization (Hubs & Maisons)
  • Business Model Alignment: Ensure that talent management strategies and digital applications are integrated into the overall business model to support sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Data-Driven Talent Management:

  • KPI-Oriented Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent management initiatives. Use data insights to drive decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent strategies.
  • Data Visualization Implementation: Develop and implement with internal stakeholders user-friendly data visualization tools and dashboards to enable real-time monitoring of talent metrics and performance trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data analysis to continuously refine talent management processes and ensure that strategies are aligned with both business objectives and employee needs.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Team, OneHR team, and Data Analysis team to ensure seamless implementation of TM strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives, while advocating for best practices in talent management.

Qualifications

  • Master degree
  • Proven experience in talent management and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in RFP processes and tool implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with HR digital tools and platforms is preferred.
