「フェアモント東京」は日本初の「フェアモント」ホテルとして、東京港から東京都心までのパノラマビューが広がる上層階、東京都内でも屈指の景観を誇るロケーションに開業いたします。スイートを含む全217室のゲストルーム、5つのレストラン・バー、スパ、フィットネスセンター、プール、バンケットルーム、チャペル、そしてホテルの前にはプライベートシップを備え、立地を活かした他にないホテル体験を提供する予定です。

日々の従業員の職場体験をより素晴らしくするための支援(主に総務・トレーニング面)
・ ハローワーク/年金事務所/労基署等 人事関連機関に対する労務総務業務
・ ホテル内の社員食堂運営(業務委託管理)、制服/ロッカー、その他会社貸与物管理
・ 提携クリニックと連携しての定期健康診断の企画実施
・ 社内トレーニングの企画/運営支援
・ 各種エンゲージメント活動の運営支援
・ 安全衛生委員会の運営支援
・ 必要に応じての他の人事業務支援(採用、給与、業績管理等)
【将来的な変更の範囲: 同事業所内の他のポジション】
・ 最低1年以上のホテル人事業務経験
・ 基本的なPC操作スキル(MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・ ビジネスレベルの日本語必須、英語コミュニケーションスキル歓迎
・ 衛生管理者資格(第二種) 保有者歓迎
・ 昇給/賞与 会社業績、個人業績に応じて年に1回の昇給、年に1回ないしは2回の賞与支給の機会あり(今後決定)
・ 通勤交通費 月30,000円を上限に実費支給
・ 社会保険加入 (健康保険、厚生年金保険、雇用保険、労災保険)
・ 試用期間 3か月(試用期間中の待遇変更なし)
・ グループホテル優待利用プログラム適用
・ ホテル内社員食堂開設予定(開業準備期間中の食事補助あり)
