nspiré de la cuisine française et imprégné de saveurs internationales, le restaurant Renoir, situé dans l’hôtel Sofitel au cœur du quartier du Mile Carré Doré au centre-ville de Montréal, propose une cuisine raffinée et inventive à base de produits locaux.

Salaire annuel : Entre 57 000$ et 65 000$, selon expérience.
- Coordonner, superviser et diriger les activités du restaurant, du service aux chambres, du mini bar et des banquets;
- Assurer un support soutenu sur les opérations, en accompagnant et encadrant les employés, tout en respectant la convention collective;
- Soutenir la direction de la restauration dans plusieurs tâches, tel que la gestion des ressources humaines, la gestion des horaires et de la paie, l’organisation du travail, la gestion des ressources financières, le changement des menus, le respect des politiques et procédures, etc.;
- S’assurer que l’équipe de restauration propose en permanence un service professionnel et impeccable, en assurant un respect des hauts standards de la marque Sofitel;
- Travailler en collaboration avec tous les départements afin de garantir la satisfaction des invités et la fluidité des services;
- Représenter le département du restaurant lors de réunions, tel que la Rencontre Satisfaction Client (TrustYou), Réunion Événements (BEO), Meeting F&B, etc.
- Maintenir à jour les systèmes informatiques du restaurant, tel que Open Table, Silverware, Teams, Dayforce;
- Assurer un suivi de l’approvisionnement et communiquer avec les fournisseurs afin que les stocks du département soient à jour;
- Participer au cycle de dotation des postes du département de la restauration (recrutement, embauche, intégration, formation, évaluation);
- Assurer une communication quotidienne avec l’équipe de gestion afin que tous soient au courant des informations importantes et des suivis à faire;
- Communiquer aux collaborateurs les informations pertinentes liées aux opérations de l’hôtel et du restaurant;
- Être responsable de la résolution des plaintes et des cas particuliers ainsi que de leurs suivis.
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en supervision de restauration ;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit), afin de comprendre et communiquer aisément avec une clientèle internationale, de façon régulière ;
- Bonne communication interpersonnelle et une capacité à gérer les conflits, problématiques ;
- Études collégiales en gestion de la restauration ou l'équivalent ;
- Grande disponibilité (jours, soirs et fin de semaine, fériés) ;
- Connaissance de Silverware sera considéré un atout.
