Within Accor Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) – Astore, Accor’s fast-growing and innovative Procurement department revolutionizing the hospitality sector by offering the responsible products and services necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all hospitality businesses, you join the Strategy & Transformation Office.

Collaborating with ~4,500 suppliers across the world, Accor GPO – Astore covers most of hospitality needs, with a team of ~260 experts serving ~8,000 customers in 30 countries. To support its scale and accelerate its global transformation, the Strategy & Transformation Office helps the GPO SteerCo define its strategic priorities, monitors execution of transversal projects, and ensures tools, data and governance effectively support this ambition.

Your mission:

Reporting to the Procurement Strategy & Transformation Executive Director within the Strategy, Finance and Digital team, you will be a key contributor to strategic initiatives shaping the Procurement operating model.

As part of the Strategy & Transformation Office, you are at the heart of GPO’s transformation, working alongside Procurement leadership and across regions worldwide. In a truly international environment, you gain broad exposure across markets, tackle complex challenges, influence key decisions and help shape the future of Procurement at scale.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Transformation Strategy and Prioritization

• Partner with the GPO SteerCo to define, prioritize and sequence transformation initiatives, keeping them tightly connected to GPO’s strategic ambition and business realities.
• Shape strategic recommendations and drive decision-making on key transformation topics, ensuring effective governance, clear communication and alignment across senior stakeholders.

2. End-to-End Transformation Project Delivery

• Lead and deliver high-impact transformation projects across the Procurement organization, spanning operating model design, process improvement, and organizational alignment.
• Own project delivery end-to-end, driving milestone discipline across global and regional teams.
• Facilitate workshops and governance forums to align stakeholders, unblock decisions, and keep projects moving.
• Translate complex analyses into sharp, actionable executive presentations that drive top management decisions.

3. Change Management & Adoption

• Drive adoption of new ways of working across communication, training, and rollout activities.
• Align senior stakeholders (Global & Regional CPOs, Finance...) around a shared transformation direction, navigating different cultures, priorities and expectations across hubs.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, coach and develop a Transformation Project Manager, providing clear direction, regular feedback, and growth opportunities to maximise individual and collective impact.

And you?

Your profile:

• Academic background: Master’s Degree or MBA
• 6-to-8-year experience ideally combining a background in Management Consulting (Procurement / Operating Model Transformation) and Corporate Procurement/Corporate roles within complex, international environments
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, operating models, and organizational design

Your skills:

• Project Management: proven track record in leading large-scale corporate transformations, process optimization, and governance design
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: ability to synthesize complex business challenges, design strategic roadmaps, and propose structured, data-driven solutions
• Process Mapping & Operational Efficiency: skilled in optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and support organizational alignment
• Leadership & Influence: strong assertiveness, resilience, and capability to influence and guide senior executives and diverse stakeholders through major organizational shifts

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills for senior executive audiences
