Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, you'll be the link between the operational Head of Departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Your eye for detail ensures the highest standards of care in handling deliveries and orders.
  • You thrive off genuine human connection. Your knack for building relationships, both internally and externally, is key to excelling in this role.
  • Dive into the world of data entry and stock control, where you'll handle invoices from our suppliers with precision and efficiency.
  • Flex your muscles without needing to be Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson! As a Stores Person, you'll need the strength to lift and carry various weights of stock. Show off your physical skills in a dynamic environment where you'll never skip arm day!
  • Take charge of our loading bay as a Stores Person, ensuring it remains spotless, streamlined, and ready for action.

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Experienced in the logistics/hospitality field for a minimum of 1 year. It is preferred but not essential to the role
  • Liaising with multiple departments whilst reporting to Purchasing Manager in regards to store flow and order
  • Stepping into the spotlight as a self-sufficient powerhouse! Excel independently in a role where your integrity is valued and your skills make a difference
  • Representing as the hotel's ambassador to our external suppliers. You will exude optimism while engaging with our suppliers and tackling tasks with ambition
