Stewarding Supervisor

What you will be doing:

• Assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the operations undertaken by the kitchen stewards to deliver an organised, clean and efficient kitchen which is maintained at all times.
• Performing and overseeing the stewarding program to execute cleaning duties within the kitchen, fridges, food preparation and BOH areas.
• Overseeing the stewarding team in washing procedures and proper food handling procedures.

Your experience and skills include:

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Strong understanding of proper food handling procedures
• A positive attitude within the team
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
