Job Description

Do you have strong leadership skills? Do your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more? If so, the Stewarding Supervisor may be the perfect position balancing responsibilities for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order for all of the kitchens, dish areas and related backspaces for our dining outlets and leading a team.

Job Duties Include:

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts as this is a 24 hour operational department
  • Lead, teach, coach and inspire the team of Stewarding Attendants, Sanitation & Recycling Attendants, Night Cleaners, and Outlet Stockers
  • Complete and review all Kitchen and Banquet Set-ups and ensure that they are completed accurately and on time
  • Preform quarterly inventory of china, glassware, silverware, and report variances and discrepancies
  • Create and input weekly schedule on excel, Watson, and Time Enterprise platforms
  • Uphold the highest level of hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas are clean and in good working order
  • Ordering cleaning supplies
  • Input work orders on items needing repair
  • When required, drive the 1-ton delivery van to ensure food and supplies are delivered to the correct location in a timely fashion
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous leadership experience in Stewarding field required
  • Proven organizational and coaching skills
  • Class 5 Driver’s License, with a comfort level driving a company vehicle of up to 1-ton
  • Updated drivers abstract                                                                                                     
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications word, excel, power point 
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
