Job Description

We are looking for a Team Member to join our Chill#2 Cafe & Bar team!

Chill#2 is an artisan coffee-led concept with a passion for offering the highest-quality drinks, food and unforgettable experience for our customers.

It is relaxed enough to sit in the morning with a coffee and transforming into an elegant setting for enjoying a local craft beer or a glass of wine in the evening. If you are lucky you may find yourself enjoying one of our special live music nights. Chill is a state of mind centred on specialty coffee roasted by artisans, fresh food inhouse hand-prepared, inspiring and inviting product merchandising, social influence and partnerships in food and drinks produce. The essence of Chill#2 lies in simplicity, authenticity and honesty.

Your missions will be:

  • Welcome the guests and ensure that the service is handled very well
  • Delivering an excellent service to our customers and insuring the quality of service is achieved in the breakfast, the coffee shop and the bar
  • Ensures the working areas are clean
  • Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks provides a response as soon as possible
  • Complying with Food Safety regulations
  • Take food and drinks order and provides support to the breakfast
  • Listen to the guest at all times; strive to answer all requests from the guests as quickly as possible, ensuring that the service provided to the guests will win their loyalty to return to the hotel and the Chill #2 Café and Bar
  • Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
  • Passionate for the success of the hotel

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong team player and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Essential to be flexible with working hours.
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK.
